Textile Management System

Introduction:

                                    The Textile Management System is a function-rich office computerization system. These modules provide real time information entry, maintenance. The system is designed to replace the manual system of a textile with the computerized system. By implementing this system overall efficiency and effectiveness will be increased and employee’s satisfaction will be guaranteed. This will result in better business and increased productivity. Textile management can keep a track of customer data, purchase products and order process by a customer, employee data, attendance, work-time, department, designation and salary matters with their allowances and deductions by their reports.

Salient Features:

• Customers: info, purchasing products, order transaction history.
• Employees: info, attendance, transaction history, salary sheet, performance evaluation.
• Security and Access Rights Management.
• Reports Generation with Report Filter Criteria like Employee, Customers, Employees Qualification, Employees Work, Employees Attendance, Employee Salary, and Loan.

Functional Requirements:

1	Customer Information Management	Customer data will be stored into the database with all his necessary information and image etc. This customer stored data will be editable for the management staff.
2	Employee Information Management	Employee data will be stored into the database with all his necessary information and image etc. This employee stored data will be editable for the staff.
3	Employee Attendance	Employee’s attendance and leaves will be stored by the system. Management Staff will be able to view the graded list of employees on the basis of this data.
4	Employee Salary Sheet	Management Staff will be able to produce salary sheets of all the employees. Allowances and deductions of employees will be stored in database.
5	Employee Work Information	Employee’s work with their timeslot period authorized by the Management Staff will be stored by the system. Management Staff will be able to view the graded list of employees’ work on the basis of this data.

Non Functional Requirements:

Security:

                    Only authenticated users can access this system. Login ids and passwords will be stored into the database in encrypted format.

Tools:

                This system is developed by using the Microsoft.Net, Database in the SqlServer 2005 or 2008 and the Setup Pages in Asp.Net using C# language in Visual Studio 2008.
